Bookkeeping Service
Monthly Starting at $125
New Customers from $99 month first 3 Months

1. Input all transactions for up to 2 bank accounts or credit card accounts.
2. Reconcile up to 2 bank accounts and /or credit card accounts.
3. Make any adjusting entries needed.
4. Provide Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and any other reports needed.
(add $50 for each additional bank or credit card accounts).

Accounts Receivable
Invoices and Statements
Monthly Starting at $80

1. Maintain customer records.
2. Enter invoices to be emailed and /or mailed.
3. Process statements to be emailed and / or mailed.
4. Mail statements.
5. Process sales tax return (additional fee).
6. based on 25 customer receivables per month
(does not include cost of forms, envelopes, postage, etc.)

Accounts Payable
Monthly Starting at $80

1. Maintain vendor records.
2. Enter bills into QuickBooks
3. Prepare checks for you to print / or pay through your bank’s online bill pay.
4. Prepare Form 1099 Misc at year end.
5. based on 25 vendor payables per month
(does not include cost of forms, envelopes, postage, etc.)

About me
I grew up in Central Florida and a few years after I graduated high school I began managing our family business. That was 1974.
My Father was an aerospace engineer and he wrote our company’s software, along with his best friend who was a CPA.
We had inventory control, billing statements, payroll, and bookkeeping.
I managed the store, the people, and mainly the inventory. I did help with the books so I could budget. We had a full-time bookkeeper.
I graduated college with a business degree. I took accounting. I am also taking bookkeeping courses online recently.
